Welcome to Hashtag Applications LLC, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
- "Services" refers to the software, platform, and any other features or functionality provided by Hashtag Applications LLC.
- "User" refers to you, the individual or entity using the Services.
- "Account" refers to a user profile created to access the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to abide by this Agreement, including all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Hashtag Applications LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.
- You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You will not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
The use of the Services may be subject to subscription fees, as described in the relevant pricing plan. Payment is due in advance of the billing cycle. If payment is not received, Hashtag Applications LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://reviewjar.ai/privacy-policy/index.html, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Services, but you grant Hashtag Applications LLC a license to use this data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Hashtag Applications LLC strives to provide reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support for the Services is available through support@reviewjar.ai.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and your data may be deleted as specified in our data retention policy.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
- You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Services to third parties.
- You may not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users’ access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hashtag Applications LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount you have paid to Hashtag Applications LLC for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hashtag Applications LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including any violation of this Agreement.
Hashtag Applications LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, by sending you a notice via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palm Beach, Florida.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Hashtag Applications LLC regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or discussions.
